Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for executing branch-level marketing initiatives, generating quality leads, and promoting IPCS Global Solution’s EdTech offerings. This role involves extensive fieldwork, institutional outreach, and direct engagement with students and educational partners to strengthen market presence and support revenue growth through effective pre-sales and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Promotion

  • Execute all marketing and promotional activities for the assigned branch.
  • Plan and implement branding, pre-sales, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Distribute flyers, pamphlets, and company brochures in targeted locations.

Institutional Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Visit colleges, institutes, and educational centers to promote company products and services.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions in coordination with technical teams.
  • Generate and collect maximum leads through institutional visits and field activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handover of qualified leads to the sales team for conversion.

Business Development Support

  • Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities and market insights.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the EdTech market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and key stakeholders.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Monitor EdTech market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, lead generation, and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to male and female candidates, based on field and travel requirements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest in building a career in the EdTech industry.
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development is an added advantage.
  • Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
