Job Responsibilities

A Chef de Partie (CDP) for Chinese cuisine manages a specific, specialized station—such as wok, dim sum, or roasting—ensuring authentic, high-quality food preparation, consistency, and strict food safety standards. They are responsible for training junior staff, managing inventory for their station, and assisting in menu development.
