Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining attractive product displays, and supporting daily showroom operations. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions
• Support customers throughout their shopping experience
• Handle billing and payment processing accurately
• Maintain and organize product displays to ensure an appealing showroom presentation
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and in-store campaigns
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Candidate Requirements

• Age: 25–50 years (preferred)
• Gender: Open to all candidates
• Education: Graduate preferred
• Experience: 0–2 years in retail or customer service (Freshers can apply)
• Language Skills: Basic English and local language proficiency preferred
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of billing systems / POS
